Course Description
This covers the fundamentals of signal and system analysis, focusing on representations of discretetime and continuoustime signals (singularity functions, complex exponentials), Fourier representations, Laplace and Z transforms and sampling. Also, representations of linear, timeinvariant systems (difference and differential equations, block diagrams, system functions, poles and zeros, convolution, impulse and step responses, are considered.
